  In present work,the 0.34THz folded waveguide traveling wave amplifier is designed.The dispersion curves and transfer characteristics are studied by the theoretical analysis through the equivalent circuit,and the output performances are investigated with 3D PIC simulation.The output power is about 20W,and operation frequency is 340GHz,the gain is~30dB in the two-section TWTA.
