In our laboratory, we are developing genomic strategies are part of a multi-pronged approach to develop durable resistance in agricultural crops such as cassava and tomato.Ⅰ will discuss our current data on the identification of host susceptibility genes in these two crops.Furthermore, Ⅰ will present our recent results on the use of genome editing tools to create mutations in host susceptibility genes.
