Bacterial wilt, caused by Ralstonia solanacearum (R.solanacearum), is one of the most devastating plant diseases worldwide. It severely threatens cash crops production, especially like potato, tomato and eggplant.R.solanacearum type Ⅲ effectors are secreted into host cells to interfere plant defense, which is an evolutionary strategy to promote bacterial propagation and infection.
