目的探讨血站在无偿献血宣传、动员和招募过程中,运用全社会精神文明建设运行机制,采取相应的工作措施,促进无偿献血事业的科学发展。方法1)无偿献血传播社会文明新风尚。无偿献血是一项利国、利民的公益事业,《全国文明城市测评体系》、《国家卫生城市评选标准》将无偿献血作为文明城市、卫生城市考核的重要内容。爱心献血车在荆州是传播社会文明新风尚的重要窗口,无偿献血已经成为古城的新时尚。2)无偿献血与文明创建实现双赢目标。在荆州,无偿献血已经与创建文明城市(单位、系统)结合起来,通过动员和参加无偿献血,推动公民文明素质和城乡文明程度的提高。
