本市对1987年6月和12月两期收案,94例健康新生儿纵向监测3年,结果提示,2倍和3倍出生体重在生后3和11月时出现,4倍出生体重在生后30个月出现。1.5倍身长和头围在生后11～12月时出现,近两倍出生身长在生后36月出现。体重增值最快月份依次为2月、3月、1月,身长和头围为1月、2月、3月。体重增长高峰在生后第2个月。体重、身长,头围年增长值及年增长率在婴儿期达高峰,以后逐年减慢。生后第3个月是婴幼儿期生长的第一关键期。
