目的探讨血站在机采血小板的采集和供应方面所采取的5项改进措施,以便及时向临床提供质量合格的产品,提高献血者和医院的满意度。方法1)建立日常采集机制。无论双休日,还是节假日,均实行常规采集,既可及时满足临床需要,又能有效地避免过期报废;既能使每天的血小板库存量处于均衡状态,又便于有条不紊的安排工作,也便于检验、供血等部门更好地配合。2)实行初次献血者血液筛查模式。对于初次献血者捐献血小板,为防止传染病因子导致的浪费,血站对于艾滋病、梅毒、丙型肝炎、乙型肝炎全部采用快速金标检验试剂条;同时,对ALT也用干式生化进行快速检测。
