　　Smart nanoparticles based on the special microenvironment of tumor tissues or tumor cells have gained much attention these years.It has shown that pH responsive or redox responsive nanoparticles could significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of chemotherapeutic drugs to tumor and reduce the systemic toxicity at the same time.
