　　Recently, ethosomes (ES) and transfersomes (TF) were recognized as prominent carriers for transdermal drug delivery.ES was soft lipid vesicles containing phospholipids, high concentration alcohol and water, while TF was obtained by adding surfactants in phospholipid bilayers of conventional liposomes.
