  Over the past decades, perfluorooctyl bromide (PFOB) encapsulated polymeric nanoparticles have drawn great attention in developing ultrasound contrast enhancement, due to their biodegradable,biocompatible, stability and ease for modification.Here, we report a novel nano ultrasound contrast agent (UCA) by encapsulating PFOP into PLGA-PEG-COOH nanoparticle for tumor targeting imaging.
