　　Recently,a series of piperidine linked aminopyrimidine derivatives are reported as H1V-1 NNRTIs with good potency in both enzyme and antiviral assays1-3In continuation of our efforts toward the discovery of NNRTIs with high potency and structural novelty,4-6"follow-on"-based drug discovery strategies were applied to the chemical evolution of these compounds,such as triazine derivatives.7-8 In the present investigation,we have synthesized piperidine linked heterocyclic derivatives,and evaluated for their anti-HIV-1 activity as well as HIV-1 RT inhibitory activity.
