A genetic multiple-allele male sterility system, 7-3AB, has been developed from spontaneous mutation in Chinese flowering cabbage (Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis varutilis Tsen et Lee), and can be used for hybrid cultivar development.In this study,a NIL (near-isogenic line) population from the sib-mating of 7-3AB was developed and used for fine mapping of the BrMS gene.
