Selecting Ziziphus jujuba cv.Junzao and Ziziphus jujuba cv.Dongzao as materials, the contents of sucrose, fructose, glucose and the activities of sugar related metabolizing enzymes were analyzed and compared.The results show that(1)In the earlier stage of fruit development, the result of the comparison of glucose, fructose and sucrose was as follows: fructose ＞glucose ＞sucrose.
