Fiber model is used to imitate the beam-column element in this paper.According to the plane-assumption, flexibility method is used to construct the stiffness matrix of space beam element based on fiber model and the responding kinetic equation of elementis proposed.The suitable constitutive models of the rebar fiber and concrete fiber, are gi-ven.The method, which can calculate the elasto-plastic seismic response based on fiber model., is discussed.In the meantime, the structural elasto-plastic tine history analysis andseismic performance of the typical engineering example is processed under high intensity earthquake.
