The error of dynamical parameters of an aeroengine rotor system is unavoidable in the course of manufacture and installation.Parameters of the rotor will vary due to friction during working.Critical speed and dynamical response are hard to be obtained by the traditional dynamical theory.Interval analysis method can deal with the uncertainty problems effectively.In this paper, dynamical properties of the rotor system with uncertain parameters are investigated.Based on the variation of the rotor system parameters, variation of the natural frequencies of the rotor is obtained via interval analysis method, and the variation range of critical speed is determined.
