目的:探究个体化护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的效果及对生活质量的影响.方法:将2018年8月～2020年1月期间在我中心进行血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者63例作为研究样本,对所有患者进行随机分组,其中研究组为32例,参照组为31例.予以参照组患者一般护理方法,予以研究组患者个体化护理,观察组间数据.结果:经对比,参照组患者的生活质量较差,明显低于个体化护理后的研究组患者,组间数据对比差异显著,统计学意义存在(P<0.05).结论:个体化护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的治疗效果影响较大,提高了患者的生存质量,适用于临床推广应用.
