本试验复制了慢性氟中毒家兔病理模型,并对其肝和肾碱性磷酸酶(ALPase)和三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)进行了动态细胞化学研究。结果表明,肝和肾的 ALPase 和 ATPase 活性减弱,且随氟中毒时间延长而活性进一步减弱。对其活性抑制的机制以及氟中毒的膜系统损伤机制进行了初步探讨。
This experiment duplicated the pathological model of chronic fluorosis in rabbits, and studied the dynamic cytochemistry of liver and kidney ALPase and ATPase. The results showed that liver and kidney ALPase and ATPase activity weakened, and with prolonged fluorosis poisoning activity further weakened. The mechanism of its activity inhibition as well as the membrane system damage mechanism of fluorosis were discussed.
