Objective To explore the clinical effects of early prophylactic application of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP) on preveition respiratory distress syndrome in the premature very preterm infants. Methods we retrospectively analyzed 103 cases ,who were less than 30 weeks gestational age admited to our NICU award after birth stable ,nasal cannula oxygen concentration less than 30% ,were randomly divided into prophylactic nCPAP (n =52 cases) and nCPAP therapy group (n =51 cases) from September 2011 to April 2014.The infants of prevent nCPAP group were applicationed nCPAP after birth within 30min,.The infants of therapy nCPAP group were applicationed nCPAP after difficulty breathing, nasal cannula oxygen concentration more than 30%.and randomly administered with infants (38 case)were to be intubated after birth for the purposes of surfactant administration. The differences in basic information were compared between the three groups, and Statistical analysis was used between the three groups.
