  With the widespread use of antibiotics,pathogens have been becoming increasingly serious because of drug resistance.Recent studies found that the resistance of pathogens to antimicrobial drugs is closely related to the formation of biofilms,and more than 80% of human bacterial infections are associated with biofilm.Biofilm is an existence formation of bacteria for self-protection,and the bacteria formed biofilm was considerably more resistant to antibiotics than planktonic cells.
