金针菇多糖对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖抑制及凋亡诱导作用研究

  目的:研究金针菇水提多糖(FVP)对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖抑制及凋亡诱导作用方法:热水浸提金针菇,75%乙醇沉淀得到FVP,MTT 法检测不同浓度FVP 处理HepG2细胞24h、48h 后增殖抑制效果,以正常肝细胞L02 为阴性对照。筛选最佳处理浓度及时间。用Annexin V-FITC/PI 细胞凋亡试剂盒检测细胞凋亡情况,Hoechst33258 染色法观察细胞形态变化。
