Objective: To study the immunity effect of Kurorinone Injection in Combination with Syndrome Differentiation of TCM to treat patients with chronic hepatitis C, differentiated as syndrome type of dominance of liver energy and spleen asthenia according to TCM theory.Methods: A total of 48 patients, who were HCVRNA-positive and anti-HCV-positive and differentiated as TCM syndrome pattern of dominance of liver energy and spleen asthenia were enrolled.They were divided into treated group (28 patients, receiving Kurorinone Injection, 400mg i.m.qd×24w, plus Chinese medical herbs (48w), and control group (20 patients, receiving interferon-alpha(2b), 3MU, i.h., qod×48w, plus Ribavirin 500mg, p.o., bid×48w).
