Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B virus reinfection after liver transplantation.Methods 145 cases of transplantation patients were analyzed retrospectively from October 1999 to October 2007, which were given antiviral drugs after transplantation to prevent hepatitis B virus reinfection, Lamivudine in 50 cases, Lamivudine + HBIG was administered in 59 cases.The serum HBSAg, serum HBeAg, HBV DNA, liver biopsy immunohistochemistry and clinical were performed.
