目的 构建环孢霉素/聚(乳酸-羟基乙酸)-聚乙二醇-聚(乳酸-羟基乙酸)(CsA/PLGA-PEG-PLGA)药物缓释系统,植入到青光眼滤过泡内,以期通过持续释放CsA 来调控青光眼滤过术后的纤维化进程,提高手术成功率。
目的 了解原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的OCT 血管造影特点。方法 本研究纳入了36 位POAG 患者(36 眼)和22 位正常对照(22 眼)。所有被研究者均行血压、眼压、眼生物测量、视网膜神经纤维层厚度(RNFL)、神经节细胞复合体(GCC)和视盘OCT 血管造影检测。所有POAG 患者均行视野检测。
