壳聚糖静电纺丝膜对兔球结膜缺损修复作用的研究
目的 壳聚糖/明胶静电纺丝膜对兔球结膜损伤后修复、抗瘢痕化作用的研究。方法 本研究利用静电纺丝技术制备壳聚糖/明胶静电纺丝膜，检测其微观结构、红外图谱。新西兰白兔30 只随机分为3 组，每组10 只，手术方法切除4×5mm球结膜，弱碱灼伤损伤部位与角膜缘，制备兔球结膜损伤动物模型。

目的 探讨颅内压与视神经蛛网膜下腔压力之间的关系，明确低颅压导致青光眼视神经损害的可能机制。方法 8 条比格犬在麻醉状态下，分别把测压探头植入到左侧侧脑室、左眼视神经蛛网膜下腔、左眼前房和腰大池，同时测量颅内压、视神经蛛网膜下腔压力、眼内压和腰大池脑脊液压力。通过侧脑室外引流逐渐梯度降低颅内压，同时监测上述压力的变化。
