壳聚糖静电纺丝膜对兔球结膜缺损修复作用的研究
目的 壳聚糖/明胶静电纺丝膜对兔球结膜损伤后修复、抗瘢痕化作用的研究。方法 本研究利用静电纺丝技术制备壳聚糖/明胶静电纺丝膜，检测其微观结构、红外图谱。新西兰白兔30 只随机分为3 组，每组10 只，手术方法切除4×5mm球结膜，弱碱灼伤损伤部位与角膜缘，制备兔球结膜损伤动物模型。
