骨移植术是目前临床修复骨缺损的主要方法。组织工程骨作为骨替代物在原位修复过程中具有生物活性差、导致囊肿等问题。因此，开发一种具有良好骨诱导活性和理化性能(吸水性、保水性、机械强度、降解性)的生物支架是组织工程研究的主要目标。
