中国视神经炎患者血清AQP4抗体分布及预后分析
目的 研究中国视神经患者中血清AQP4 抗体的分布情况，并观察分析血清AQP4 抗体阳性的视神经炎患者预后的影响因素。方法 本研究对215 例首诊于中国人民解放军总医院眼科的视神经炎的患者进行了血清AQP4 抗体检测，采用间接免疫荧光的方法检测患者血清中AQP4 抗体与AQP4-M23 型高表达的HEK-239 细胞的结合情况，以检测患者血清中AQP4 自身抗体的浓度。
