OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of STAT3-mediated regulation on Th17 and Treg cellsdifferentiation in patients with acute cotonary syndromes (ACS).METHODS The STAT1,STAT3,STAT5 and STAT6 phosphorylation level was measured by flowcytometry in ACS patients, stable angina (SA)patients and healthy control (HC).The Treg cellsinhibition was measured by 3H incorporation.CD4+ T cells isolated from peripheral blood (PB) werestimulated to differentiate into Th17 cells or Treg cells. The activity of STAT3 was knocked down bytransfecting CD4+ T cells with small interfering RNA (siRNA).
