Background Recently published meta-analyses have shown that bisexual behavior are prevalent among global men who have sex with men (MSM) population,and bisexual men have dramatically higher HIV prevalence compared to men who have sex with men only(gay).The objective of this meta-analysis is to compare the disparities in the sexual behaviors of gay and bisexual men,and to further elucidate the underlying reasons for a higher prevalence of HIV in bisexual men compared to gay men.
