Objective Evaluation of respiratory nine JIU IgM detection in children with acute respiratory infection in Clinical research Methods 625 cases of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in children with serum samples by age patients were divided into three groups.By indirect immunofluorescence assay nine simultaneous detection of respiratory JIU reagent nine major pathogens IgM antibodies Results the total detection rate of 55.2 ％.
