  Introduction: The Physiological and hormonal changes of puberty result in changes in appearance of the young person, and mental development results in the ability to hypothesize and deal with abstractions.Adjustment and adaptations are necessary to cope with simultaneous changes and the attempt to establish a mature sense of identity.These challenges may cause the adolescent to be moody and difficult to deal with, more so, with a sexually abused teenagers.Methods: The researcher used the descriptive method of research to defined the process of gathering, analyzing, classifying tabulating data about prevailing conditions, practices, beliefs process and trends, cause and effects, relationship making adequate and accurate interpretations about such data.It describes and interprets what is it concerned with conditions of relationship that exist, and effects that are being felt.Results: The Fifty sexually abused female teenagers have been the residents of Marillac Hills at Town Centre North Gate Avenue, Filinvest, Corporate City, Alabang, Munting Lupa City.They were all available residents of the institution during the conduct of the study.Conclusion: Based on the formulated summary and conclusions the following are hereby recommended.1.That the special programs for sexually abused teenagers should be conducted by the agency concerned and assisted by the NGOs.2.That the following rights under the existing laws, victims of sexually abused women shall be observed and respected; To be treated with respect and dignity, To ensure that the information regarding the survivors and her Circumstances are kept confidential.To avail of free legal assistance from the public Attorneys office/Department of Justice or any of the public legal attorneys offices.To be entitled to support services from the Department of Social.Welfare and Development and Local Government Units in terms of security of the victims, witnesses and service providers and ensure that the evidence gathered on the case are safeguarded.To be entitled to all legal remedies and support as provided for under the Family Code, and to be informed of their rights and services available to them including their right to apply for a protection program.3.The centre/ Agency in charge of sexually abused teenagers provide assistance for them to continue their education, constant counselling, ensure reintegration in their family and community.4.That the agencies in charge of keeping peace and order should enforce strictly rules in order to avoid/or minimize sexual abused.Further study maybe conducted in other agencies.
