Peptide dendritic polymer based nanoparticles have presented significant potential to be a candidate for drug/gene delivery system owing to the features of dendritic polymers, such as great biocompatibility, multifunctionable and low dispersity.[1] We have reported a serial of peptide dendritic gene/drug delivery vehicles and imaging probes, and the potential for cancer diagnosis and therapy.
