Obejective There is a large amount of evidence demonstrating that many tumors have high low density lipoprotein (LDL) requirements and express relatively high levels of LDL receptors on their membranes.On this account, LDL has instinctive cancer targeting potential and has been used to incorporate various lipophilic molecules to transport them to tumors.
