　　To investigate the effects of nitrate (NO3-), ammonium (NH4+) and themixture of NO3-and NH4+ on photosynthesis of wheat seedlings (Triticum aestivum L.) under water stress,hydroponic experiments with a simulated water stress induced by 15% (m/v) PEG-6000 (-0.24 Mpa) were conducted in a greenhouse.Winter wheat cultivars, Wangshuibai was used.
