　　Background: A variety of common organophosphorus pesticides (OPs),were applied extensively for crop protection, such as dichlorvos (DDV), methyl parathion (MP),and so on.However, they have toxic effects on the environment including water, air, and soil.DDV-degrading strains isolated from soil were rarely reported.Up to now, the biodegradation pathway of DDV has not been investigated.
