Background: Protein-RNA interactions play crucial roles in numerous biological processes. While detecting the interactions and binding sites between protein and RNA by traditional experiments are still time consuming and costing. It is valuable to propose feature-based computational methods to predict the protein-RNA interactions and binding residues.Accurate prediction of protein-RNA interaction will highly benefit the wet experimental design and decipher the interaction mechanisms between protein and RNA.
