18F-flourodeoxyglucose positron emission/computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) imaging, an established procedure for evaluation of malignancy, shows an increased 18F-FDG uptake in acute or chronic inflammatory condition. We report three patients with Lymph Node Tuberculosis (LNTB) mimicked malignant lymphoma or metastatic malignant lymph nodes from lung cancer. The LNTB is usually resulted from pulmonary tuberculosis through M.tuberculosis bacilli drainage by lymphatic vessels. So, we must pay much attention to false positive of 18F-FDG PET/CT in LNTB especially when patients suffered pulmonary tuberculosis or being suffered pulmonary tuberculosis.
