Introduction:To establish an animal model with explosive injury of spinal cord,explore the early morphological changes of spinal motomeurons after explosive injury of spinal cord.Methods:Forty rabbits were randomly divided into group A (n=10) 、control group (Group B,n=6) 、experiment of the six hours group(Group C,n=12) and twenty-four hours group(Group D,n=12),C and D group were made explosive wound with 0.9g small cuprum shell detonator,at 6 and 24 hours after trauma take out spinal cord,then the observation of the morphological changes and apoptosis on the HE staining、Toluidine blue staining and Cajal staining sections under light microscopes were performed.
