Objective:Aim to the advantage of anterior cervical vertebra internal fixation device at present,a new cervical vertebra intemal fixation device named titanium plate-interbody fusion cage was devised,after the biomechanical study was performed,the possibility of clinical application was evaluated.Methods:Some functional spinal unit was fixed respectively with titanium plate,fusion cage and new device designed by us,then the mechanical experimental study including flexion,extension,torsion and lateral bending were perfomed,a comparison study was made.
