Micro attitude reference system is vulnerable to overload interference.In order to solve this problems,a kind of kalman filter was designed based on geomagnetic technique.Allan variance analysis method was used to improve the Sage-Husa Adaptive Filter algorithm.Attitude error and gyro drifts as state variables was used for adaptive filtering updates.Three-component magnetic vector as measurement was used for adaptive filtering measurement update.Experimental results shows that the pitch accuracy of the attitude reference system with magnetic filter technology working in 2g vibrations is improved by 4.7 times,the roll accuracy is improved by 1.5 times,and the heading accuracy is improved by 5.4 times.The method proposed can effectively reduce overload interference and ensure angular accuracy.
