Tobacco leaves homogeneous processing is one of the most important issue in tobacco enterprises,which has a great influence on the quality of tobacco leaves.Traditionally,threshing factory used a lot of workers to grade the tobacco leaves and mixed them,which can make the tobacco leaves homogenized.However,the results are often unstable.All batch of the tobacco leaves were detected by on-line near infrared spectrometer on the belt,framed in accordance with the chemical value classification.Each batch or cabinet of tobacco leaves were produced via formulation algorithm,homogenization effect was significant and stable after many batches test,coefficient of variation of tobacco leaves were under 3%,reduced half compared with normal process.
