：
目的:研究复方金钱草胶囊对丙酸睾酮致小鼠前列腺增生模型的作用.方法:去势雄性小鼠皮下注射丙酸睾酮诱发前列腺组织良性增生.雄性昆明种小鼠,2月龄,体重50～65g,麻醉后无菌条件下经阴囊结扎双侧睾丸后摘除.去势第8d,将去势动物随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组(普乐安2.28g/kg),药物高、中、低剂量组(20、10、5g(原生药)/kg).除空白对照组外,其余5组小鼠每天皮下注射丙酸睾

目的:研究复方金钱草胶囊对丙酸睾酮致小鼠前列腺增生模型的作用.
方法:去势雄性小鼠皮下注射丙酸睾酮诱发前列腺组织良性增生.雄性昆明种小鼠,2月龄,体重50～65g,麻醉后无菌条件下经阴囊结扎双侧睾丸后摘除.去势第8d,将去势动物随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组(普乐安2.28g/kg),药物高、中、低剂量组(20、10、5g(原生药)/kg).除空白对照组外,其余5组小鼠每天皮下注射丙酸睾酮5mg/kg,连续21d,诱发前列腺组织良性增生,于第22d经腹主动脉放血处死动物.观察前列腺外观、计算前列腺指数、HE染色于光镜下观察前列腺组织的病理变化.
结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠前列腺腺体外观明显增大、充盈,与周围组织有粘连,前列腺液较浑浊;光镜下可观察到模型对照组小鼠前列腺组织上皮呈高柱状、复层及乳头状增生,平滑肌增厚,间质明显充血、水肿.复方金钱草胶囊在5、109(原生药)/kg剂量下可减小模型小鼠前列腺体积、降低前列腺指数(P＜0.05);在5、10、209(原生药)/kg剂量下光镜观察到前列腺组织排列较整齐,上皮和平滑肌增生及间质充血、水肿较模型组亦明显改善,组织病理学评分值低于模型对照组(P＜0.05).
结论:复方金钱草胶囊对丙酸睾酮所致小鼠良性前列腺增生有降低前列腺指数,减轻前列腺上皮和平滑肌增生,并改善间质充血水肿的作用.
