Aim of study:To investigate the pharmacological effects and mechanism of Danggui-Shaoyao-San (DSS) on liver cirrhosis ascites,which is the classic symptoms of unsmmoth blood circulation results in water retention.To evaluate the function of DSS and its decompositions on rats mode with liver cirrhosis ascites,To evaluate the function of DSS and its decompositions on rats mode with liver cirrhosis ascites,from the perspective of electrolyte metabolism.Examining the e任.eects of the activating blood component (which compsed of angelica,peony,chuanxiong) and the promoting water component(which compsed of poriacocos,alisma thizoma,atractylodes) through comparing DSS with its decompositions,so as to clarify the compatibility of science.Material and methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided into the normolcontrol group,the model group,Danggui Shaoyao San low,middle and high dose groups,the activating blood group,the promoting water group.The cirrhotic ascites rat model was established by CC14 combined with Phenobarbital.Metabolic cages were used to collect urine in 24 hours of rats.Urine osmotic pressure was detected by cryoscopy.The levels of K+.Na+.Cl-were detected by the automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results:Compared with the model group,urine osmotic pressure decreased in groups of Danggui-shaoyao-san.The serum level of K+.Na+.C1-increased greatly while the urine level of K+.Na+.Cl-decreased significantly.Conclusions:Danggui-shaoyao-san has certain corrective action on ascites of cirrhosis rats with electrolyte disorder.
