Introduction : T2-weighted-turbo-spin echo (T2-TSE) and T2 mapping are commonly used to assess myocardial edema, thus differentiating acute from chronic myocardial infarction.CE-SSFP cine-imaging is a indispensable part of the one stop shop CMR to evaluate LV function which harbors T2 edema-sensitive information in its intrinsic T2/Tl1 weighting, but are not verified in ACS population, who may probably has edematous myocardium.Therefore, we sought to prospectively evaluate the potential of SSFP cine for edema imaging by comparing it to the other sequences.
