Introduction : In patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE), most of patients are treated with anticoagulation therapy, but the guideline for interval of follow up study is not well stabilized.We evaluated the nature course of the resolution of acute PTE, and find out the proper time interval for evaluation of acute PTE.
