Introduction : To evaluate the prognostic value of coronary CT angiography (CCTA) for coronary artery disease (CAD) in asymptomatic diabetic individuals, in comparison to propensity-matched non-diabetic subjects Method : From ESCORT study of 5,142 asymptomatic individuals who underwent both coronary artery calcium score (CACS) and CCTA, we consecutively allocated the propensity-matched diabetes (n=565) and non-diabetes (n=1130) in a 1 to 2 fashion after control all demographic, clinical and risk factor.
