　　Objective:To observe the influence of a high-salt intake on the blood pressure, the weight of left ventricular, the myocardial microRNA133a and fibrosis levels by implement the high-salt diet intervention trial in Dahl salt-sensitive rats and SD rats.The final goal is to discuss the role microRNA133a plays in salt-sensitive hypertensive cardiac fibrosis with high-salt intervention.
