Objective:Vascular calcification (VC) is a highly regulated process in which inflammatory cells infiltration and the factors controlling bone mineralization are involved.This study aims to examine whether osteopontin (OPN) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) exert effects in hypertensive subjects with VC by regulating monocyte/macrophage activation.
