SELEX based on Capillary Electrophoresis(CE-SELEX) has been used for the isolation of numbers of specific aptamer sequences targeting proteins.With CE-SELEX,free nucleic acids are separated very efficiently from Aptamer-Target Complexes,which can reduce the number of cycles needed for the isolation of high-affinity aptamers to four cycles or sometimes even less.
