Introduction Quality and purity of monoclonal antibodies and glycoproteins are more critical in pharmaceutical industry for therapeutic use.These large molecules are complex due to a wide variety of post-translational modifications that are either enzymatically or chemically produced(phosphorylation,glycosylation,oxidation,deamidation,etc.) which contribute to the creation of protein isoforms.
