Protein phosphorylation plays an important role in various biological process,such as cell growth,apoptosis and cell signaling.Thousands of phosphorylation sites were successfully identified by LC-MS/MS technology.However,the wide dynamic range and the low stoichiometry of phosphorylation restricted its in-depth identification.Hence,many robust enrichment methods were developed.
